I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful hotel. The location could not have been more perfect, being close to the University of Northern Iowa and right on the river. It was so convenient to access as it was right off the highway. The service provided by the staff here was exceptional. From room service to dry cleaning, housekeeping to laundry, they truly catered to every need. The staff was so personable and interested in providing the highest level of service. They even welcomed me with a refreshing drink upon arrival and offered tours and ticket assistance. Additionally, the amenities in the room were top-notch. The mini-bar, sitting area, and garden furniture added a touch of luxury, while the ironing facilities and hair dryer made sure I was well-prepared. And let's not forget about the gigantic TV, which was a delightful surprise.

I highly recommend this hotel, especially for families. The staff here goes above and beyond to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Had a good stay here during our trip. the location in an absolutely gorgeous area was convenient and there were department stores and convenience stores nearby. Easy access to Waterloo Regional airport, which was about 14 minutes' drive away.

I was really satisfied with the hotel. It was a fabulous base for staying in Cedar Falls. The location of the hotel was really convenient. I loved that they had an onsite restaurant called Garden Grille & Bar, so we didn't need to go somewhere else. Additionally, the hotel offered free Wi-Fi.
